What areas do you cover?
We serve Medway and surrounding areas. Contact us with your postcode and the type of support required so we can confirm availability.
Is this a care or nursing service?
No. Helping Hands Senior Support provides non-medical practical assistance and companionship. We do not provide nursing, diagnosis, medical treatment or regulated personal care.
Can you help with shopping?
Yes. We can accompany a client shopping or complete agreed shopping and everyday errands, following our money-handling and receipt procedures.
Can family members receive updates?
Yes, where the client has given permission. We can agree what type of update is appropriate and who may receive it.
Can I arrange regular weekly visits?
Yes. Regular support can be arranged subject to availability, and we also offer packages for recurring one-hour visits.
